Three from same family died in crash
Three of the people who died in a crash on the M5 were a family from Liverpool, police said.
Richard Henry Evans, 66, known as Harry, his wife Elaine, 62, and her mother Audrey Hodge, 84, were all killed in the collision on the motorway near Bristol on September 16.
Avon and Somerset Police said they were travelling in a Subaru Forester car on the northbound carriageway when a lorry travelling southbound went through the central reservation and collided with at least two cars heading in the opposite direction.
Adrian Beaumont, 46, from Bristol, was the fourth victim of the accident.
