Lifeboat crew called to blow up bed floating in Firth of Forth
Kinghorn’s RNLI lifeboat crew was called out to a person floating on an air bed.
The crew was tasked with investigating a tent surrounded by water near Starleyburn at around 6.30am on Thursday.
On arrival it was established a person had been camping to see the blood moon and had been in the water but was not in difficulty.
At 8.55pm that evening, the crew responded to two people in the water at Port Seton, although the pair had got out safely and the lifeboat was stood down.
