Hurst at Berwick on loan

Young St Johnstone striker Greg Hurst has joined Berwick Rangers on a development loan until January.

The 19-year-old has impressed since joining from Stirling Albion a year ago and been named in the first team squad on a few occasions, coming off the bench twice last season.

He told the Saints website: “I think it’s a great move for me to go to Berwick and try and prove to the manager that I can score goals. Hopefully when I come back he’ll consider me for the first team.”
