Hats off to milliner for craft talk

Traditional milliner Claire Tester gave a talk on her craft at Strathearn Artspace in Crieff.

Local resident Ms Tester trained with world-renowned milliner Stephen Jones in London, and her work has been commissioned by the likes of Royal Ascot, VV Rouleaux and San Francisco’s Museum of Modern Art.
