Blow for Morton

Livingston’s home game against Inverness was postponed along with Dundee United’s trip to Brechin and the other team in the top four, Morton, suffered a 3-1 defeat at Falkirk. The Bairns were three ahead inside half an hour following goals from Aaron Muirhead, Andrew Nelson and Alex Jakubiak. Queen of the South’s 1-0 win at Dumbarton moved them into fifth place, two points behind Dundee United, who they host tomorrow. Dom Thomas netted the only goal from a free-kick.
