Children add flowers to an art installation titled 54k, which is made up of 54,000 single white carnations, at Potters Fields Park in London. The sculpture was created by Maternity Action to highlight the number of women each year that are forced to leave their jobs due to pregnancy and maternity discrimination in the UK.
