Delays warning with roadworks planned for repairs to A9 bridges
Commuters will face more delays later this month as two bridges on the A9 are repaired.
The project involves essential maintenance of the crossings over the Stirling to Perth railway line and Allan Water River near Dunblane.
Work will start on Monday November 19 and is due to go on until Wednesday December 12, before stopping for Christmas then restarting on Monday January 14 for another three weeks.
A contraflow traffic management system will be in place during the repairs.
Road engineers BEAR Scotland said “minor delays” were expected but the work would be finished as quickly as possible.
