Royal Mail strike dispute heads for the High Court

The Daily Telegraph - Business - - Business -

An injunction aimed at stopping postal workers going on strike is to be heard at the High Court today. Royal Mail and the Communication Workers Union will present their cases before a judge, after the firm said union plans to walk out later this month were “unlawful” as it had not followed dispute procedures. The CWU, which represents 110,000 Royal Mail staff, disagrees.
