Church of Eng­land fund shames five oil gi­ants

Five of the world’s largest oil com­pa­nies have been shamed by a group led by the Church of Eng­land’s pen­sion fund for fail­ing to set cli­mate-change tar­gets. Of the 10 largest listed firms, only Royal Dutch Shell and France’s To­tal have set long-term cli­mat­e­change tar­gets that are aligned with the Paris Agree­ment’s goals.
