Ten years af­ter the crash, more than half of ar­eas are more af­ford­able

This is ac­cord­ing to re­search by York­shire Build­ing So­ci­ety. It found that 54 per cent of lo­cal author­ity ar­eas in Bri­tain are more af­ford­able to buy in, as house prices haven’t re­cov­ered and wages have grown.
