Chard, feta and pre­served lemon samosas

This is a take on a Greek spanako­pita. Feel free to use which­ever greens you like – kale and spinach works well.


500g chard

6 spring onions, finely chopped 250g feta cheese, crum­bled

1 tsp pul biber
