Choco­late-boxy on the out­side, fresh and con­tem­po­rary on the inside, this fam­ily-owned and -run ho­tel, at the base of the Courchevel slopes, is glo­ri­ous in win­ter but equally ap­peal­ing in July and Au­gust. A highlight is the two-Miche­lin-starred Le Chabi­chou res­tau­rant. There is also a re­laxed bistro and a gro­cery store and bak­ery.
