Dom Pérignon brought to­gether an arty crowd to cel­e­brate its Pléni­tude Deux­ième 2000 vin­tage. It spent 17 years ma­tur­ing in a cel­lar and was quaffed in sec­onds by 80 guests, who then tucked into a six­course meal by con­cep­tual chefs Zi­jun Meng and Ana Gonçalves.
