NEW YORK, 2005 This is a copy of a shot – something I rarely do – of Marilyn Monroe from the set of the film The Misfts in the early ’60s. Marilyn was leaning in a chair with a script and it was a shot I really liked. I have to say I was impressed with Scarlett as an actress; she looked at the picture and just captured the expression. We also did several pin-up shots based on the early Marilyn, when she had brown hair. It’s something I’ve never done since, but I enjoyed that moment.
