Cookery and culture in Spain

Italian cuisine through the ages
Oxford-based ATG doesn’t just cater for solo travellers, but the company has plenty of singles joining its house-party-style trips. Staying at the eighth-century Pieve a Castello in Tuscany (two single rooms available) for an eightday Walking and Cooking through History tour, visitors learn about various dishes from the paleolithic to the futuristic, cooking using vegetables from the estate’s organic kitchen garden.
