A WINNER IN WHITSTABLE

Our favourite café is Farm & Harper in Whitstable, Kent. It’s run by a fabulous couple – Sarah who is “front of house”, and Phil in the kitchen. The food is locally sourced, the ambience is fabulous and there’s a cupboard full of bits and bobs for children.

There’s a large patio with picnic tables for you to enjoy your tea with a view. The Red Arrows recently overnighted at Hawarden and were parked right next door. The café played host as we watched the team do their checks and take off, with the sales of bacon butties and coffee from the enthusiastic staff sustaining us until they returned from their Llandudno display an hour later.
