Nei­ther, right now. I’d prefer a Ref. 1675 GMT-Mas­ter from the 1970s with its plas­tic glass and matte dial. Cur­rently un­der­val­ued, these mod­els should per­form well as an in­vest­ment, given the re­newed in­ter­est in Rolex (and Tu­dor) GMT watches. But whether you take that route or plump for ei­ther of the two new mod­els, you’ll still have an icon on your wrist.
