Drinks are on me

-

SIR – I’m sure David Keenan (Letters, May 23) would approve of me as a guest at his hotel. Rather than taking away the tea bags and coffee provided, I bring my own.

Hotels never provide enough tea bags, and it is easier to bring a few spare than wait for them to be brought up from reception. Nespresso machines are welcome and becoming more widespread, but as the decaf capsules are rarely provided I bring those too.

But, please, can we have fresh milk and not the UHT stuff? Ben Fuller
