Pembrolizumab

A drug used in immunotherapy, known under brand name Keytruda. One patient was told that he would need three treatments per week, at a cost of up to £27,000 per shot.

Nivolumab

Another immunotherapy drug, marketed under the brand name Opdivo. The drug is used to treat advanced skin cancer and certain types of lung cancer. Each patient is treated every fortnight.
