Ex UBS officer charged with insider trading

A former compliance officer at UBS has been charged with insider dealing, according to the Financial Conduct Authority. Fabiana Abdel-malek was charged with five counts of insider dealing which allegedly took place over one year. The case has been sent to Southwark Crown Court, and Miss Abdel-malek was bailed conditionally.
