Hue must be Beyoncé Anger at black-face tribute

Organisers of a Beyoncé tribute performance at Cambridge University have apologised after a white singer “blacked up” to play the star. Leanne Harper took to the stage as “Beyoncee” at the Robinson College annual May Ball event on Friday night.

But attendees took to social media to share their disgust that she used cosmetics to darken her skin.

Organisers of the event said: “We apologise for any offence caused.”
