Ban for woman teacher who had sex with pupil

A married school teacher has been given a lifetime classroom ban for having a sexual relationship with a pupil she referred to as “the A-team”.

Amena Nazam-khan, 35, sent the male student naked pictures and booked lavish hotel rooms for sex, a misconduct hearing heard.

But the teacher abruptly ended the relationship and told the pupil to delete her intimate pictures and their conversations, saying she didn’t want “any other disgrace” by the school finding out. However, the teenager from Tong High School, Bradford, West Yorks, instead confessed about their relationship to another teacher.
