Laura Kuenssberg’s taunting interview tone
SIR – Laura Kuenssberg (Letters, June 23) seems incapable of differentiating between a question and a taunt. Patrick Brennan
Market Rasen, Lincolnshire
SIR – Raymond Winstanley is right to say in his letter that Laura Kuenssberg spoils the BBC news. On Thursday she appeared to be in great pain.
I have stopped watching it because she gives me a headache. So I do the Codeword puzzles while my husband watches (in fact sleeps – although he wakes up if I turn it off). Sue Webber
Frampton Cotterell, Gloucestershire
SIR – I, too, find the apparently spiteful approach unhelpful. What is worse is the apparent enjoyment in such utterances. Bobbie Ward
Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire SIR – We can giggle at Robert Peston, but Laura Kuenssberg constantly snarls. Aubrey Chalmers
Shackerstone, Leicestershire
SIR – Raymond Winstanley asks why Laura Kuenssberg “has to be so rude and nasty in her interviews”.
Surely it is because she has seen the prominence that Jeremy Paxman achieved by adopting such a persona. Stanley Eckersley
Pudsey, West Yorkshire
SIR – As a reader of The Telegraph on my ipad, I find myself wishing for a “Like” button when reading letters and articles, to show my approval.
Raymond Winstanley’s letter on Laura Kuenssberg would receive at least six Likes from me. Sue Pomeroy
