Budget airline to pay passengers to fly

-

♦ A budget airline is planning to pay passengers to fly with them if they agree to post about their journey on social media.

Skúli Mogensen, the chief executive of Icelandic airline Wow, said: “If you come to us and trust us with your booking, we can see that your airfare is reduced to zero and even reward you for it. If we do a good job and they spread the word, it is powerful customer feedback.”

Airlines expect a record summer in terms of numbers of passenger, with increased competition leading to rock bottom prices.
