Anglo American on track for year

Anglo American looks set to hit its production forecasts after a second quarter in which volumes of iron ore and rough diamonds soared by 38pc and 36pc respectively. The miner lifted guidance for production from its Kumba Iron Ore project. It is thought Anglo American could resume dividend payments in its interim results, scheduled for release next Thursday.
