-

A violin that once belonged to Mussolini has been stolen from a hotel.

Gabriele Fabbri, who owns the Hotel Promenade in Riccione on the Adriatic coast, bought the instrument 20 years ago from Romano Mussolini, the youngest son of the Fascist leader. Italian media said the violin was worth up to £350,000.
