Peterborough top for new stores

Peterborough has come out as the best prime market location for retailers opening new stores in the wake of April’s business rate revaluation, according to a survey by CACI for Property Week. The research looked at how rental values changed between 2010 and 2017. Peterborough, unlike other locations, saw a decrease.
