Mail in £194m Mt Pleasant deal

Royal Mail has sold a 6.25-acre plot at its Mount Pleasant sorting office in central London for £193.5m to property developer Taylor Wimpey. Earlier this summer the company agreed a £101m sale of land at its former sorting office in Nine Elms to the US developer Greystar, which is planning to build rental properties there.
