Coach Trip fraud for the high jump

AN insurance fraudster who claimed to be so injured she could barely stand was caught bungee-jumping on national television after making a bogus claim worth £19,000.

Noreen Murray, 31, claimed to have injured her back and could not walk or stand for longer than half an hour. But she then appeared on Channel 4 reality series Coach Trip, performing the stunt in Valencia, Spain.

She was found guilty of fraud at Manchester Crown Court yesterday and was given a 10-month custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
