Jazz Now: London Jazz Festival 2017

This 10-day celebration of jazz is always a joy to behold as it brings together a wealth of international talent with emerging British stars for some outstanding collaborations. Soweto Kinch, Al Ryan and Emma Smith get things under way by presenting the opening night live from Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho. The performances include Norwegian singer Karin Krog and saxophonist John Surman; and drummer Stephen Keogh’s tribute to guitarist Louis Stewart with pianist Bill Charlap and guitarist Colin Oxley.
