Extra aid

The Prince of Wales stands among the ruins of buildings damaged by Hurricane Irma on a three-day visit to Antigua and Barbuda. Penny Mordaunt, the International Development Secretary, who joined the prince on the visit, announced a further £15m in aid for affected islanders.
