Gender-neutral loos

sir – Citizens of London should be pleased, not only that they will be getting new public lavatories (“All London’s new loos gender-neutral”, report, November 30), but that they have any functioning ones at all.
Edinburgh, allegedly also a capital city, has had nearly every one closed. Surely this is a fundamental failure of the SNP so-called government? Guy Bargery
