Councillor says sorry for row with woman on train

A Tory councillor who chairs the London Assembly’s transport committee yesterday apologised after he was filmed in a row with a fellow train passenger.

Keith Prince said the “petty argument” got out of hand, after footage of the expletive-ridden row with a woman on a train from Dartford to London went viral. The woman can be seen putting her feet on his chair and refusing to move. When he tried to move them she became aggressive.
