Painting the town red and white

More than 8,000 members of the public donned their Father Christmas suits to take part in Glasgow’s annual Santa Dash. The 5km fun run, which started and ended at George’s Square and ran along St Vincent Street, began in 2006 and has since raised more than £250,000 for charities across the city.
