Being Charlie (2015)

 Director Rob Reiner’s comeback film, after a series of misfires, deals with real issues and is based on a somewhat autobiographical screenplay by his son Nick. It follows drug addict Charlie Mills (Nick Robinson), the son of a California politician (Cary Elwes), who finds romance with a fellow patient (Morgan Saylor) in rehab and pursues his interest in becoming a stand-up comic.
