Doping report leaves Wiggins under cloud

The reputation of Sir Bradley Wiggins was hanging by a thread last night after the publication of a parliamentary report into doping. In it, Shane Sutton, the former Team Sky coach, effectively admitted that the notorious “Jiffy Bag” delivered to Wiggins in France in 2011, contained the steroid Triamcinolone. If Wiggins was injected with the drug it would have constituted an antidoping rule violation and led to a ban.
