BBC’S Robinson smeary and dreadful, says IDS

NICK ROBINSON has been accused of conducting a “dreadful, smeary” interview in an “appallingly superior tone” in leaked messages sent by Iain Duncan Smith.

Leaked discussions from a forum run by the European Research Group, a probrexit pressure group of Conservative MPS, have revealed that prominent backbenchers have submitted multiple complaints to the BBC over alleged inaccuracies in its reporting.

In one discussion, which took place on mobile app Whatsapp, the former Tory leader expressed anger at Mr Robinson’s handling of an interview with ally Steve Baker, the Brexit minister.
