BBC presenter trolled for her ‘off-putting hair’

The BBC has received complaints about a breakfast presenter’s “offputting cascading hair”.

Tina Daheley posted a selfie on her Instagram page with the viewer’s critique beneath.

“I would like the presenter on BBC Breakfast this morning to tie her hair back,” it read.

“She would look so much more professional. I don’t doubt her ability but her cascading hair is off-putting.”

Daheley, who also presents the news, sport and weather bulletins for The Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw, has continued to appear on television with her hair down.
