Royal family dog trainer wins court fight
A dog trainer to the Royal family has been vindicated in the High Court this week after a legal battle with a disgruntled customer.
Tracey Egan was hired by Jenny King, 71, to train her fox terrier, Izzy. But after Ms Egan’s two-week boot camp failed to tame the dog, Miss King sued the trainer for breach of contract.
In the High Court, Judge Nigel Gerald ruled in favour of Ms Egan, saying that the dog owner had “insufficient evidence to prove breach of contract”.
