Speeding businessman created fake employee
A businessman who tried to dodge five speeding tickets he accumulated in eight days by creating a fake employee has been banned from driving.
James Wilson was caught by speed cameras in Essex and hit with a total of 30 penalty points. Essex Police sent a letter to the driver of a Renault Kangoo
The 56-year-old tried to create a fake employee to take the blame, who he then claimed he sacked, but his lies were exposed when he was unable to provide any proof of employment or invoices. Wilson, from Chingford, Essex, was banned for six months at Basildon magistrates’ court and ordered to pay more than £1,500.
