Capco sees Earl’s Court value fall

Capital & Counties’s Earl’s Court development has lost around £52m in value since the start of the year, as the “valuer has taken a more conservative view on gross development value and the cost of delivery”. It comes as Capco considers a break-up of operations, splitting its Earl’s Court and Covent Garden sites into two businesses.
