Lighting up time

An image by the English photographer Terry O’neill of Brigitte Bardot, the French actress, on the set of Les Pétroleuses in 1971 is expected to sell for up to £10,000 when it goes under the hammer at Sotheby’s Made in Britain sale on Sept 18 in London. Also being auctioned are Beryl Cook’s Bar Billiards, top, and The Tube Station by Cyril Power.
