Big fat Greek yogurt

SIR – As a retired nurse, I advise people to use full-fat plain Greek yogurt, a naturally sweet flavour, rather than any of the sugary flavoured varieties (“Many ‘healthy’ supermarke­t yogurts found to contain more sugar than Coca-cola”, report, September 19).

If they want to add anything other than fresh fruit, I suggest stirring a small flavoured pot into a large tub of plain yogurt, thus diluting the amount of sugar in each serving. Pamela C Stratford
