4km (2.5-mile) march carrying 40kg (88lb) of kit in less than 50 minutes. Followed by a 2km (1.2-mile) run carrying 25kg (55lb) in less than 15 minutes.
Run and crawl 200m (650ft).
Drag a 110kg (17st) weight 20m (65ft).
Carry two full water jerry cans, each 22kg over 240m in under four minutes.
Lift a 70kg weight and hold for three seconds.
Move 20kg bags over 30m, 20 times.
