Former Miss Iraq flees death threat

A former Miss Iraq beauty queen has fled the country after receiving a death threat, following a spate of killings of high-profile women. Shimaa Qasim Abdulrahman left for Jordan after receiving the message “you’re next” from a man purporting to be an Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant member.
