Psychologist guilty of throwing dog mess

A forensic psychologist was caught throwing dog excrement over a neighbour’s fence after a two-year feud. Bibi Cotman, 47, was caught on CCTV twice tossing bags of dung onto the £690,000 property in Richmondupon-thames, later admitting it was an act of retaliation.

She pleaded guilty at Wimbledon magistrates’ court to harassing her neighbour at her home on July 3 and 6.

Cotman was placed on a 12-month community order, which includes up to 10 days’ rehabilitation, and was ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge. District Judge Barbara Barnes told her: “It is completely unacceptable behaviour.”
