50ml Chilton Dam­son Gin 20ml fresh lemon juice 20ml Coin­treau

1 egg white


Dry shake all in­gre­di­ents hard in a cock­tail shaker

(to froth the egg white), then shake with ice. Serve in a coupe glass. Gar­nish with mint leaf on foam. Chilton Dam­son Gin can be en­joyed as a hip-flask filler in win­ter served with cheese or as a di­ges­tif af­ter din­ner.
