MIKE RICHARDS – CARDIFF

The Football League Paper - - CHAMPIONSHIP -

GREAT result – surely we can’t blow it this time.

I was really worried about this one because a defeat might have seen the old doubts resurface.

But the Malky and the lads played it perfectly, digging in for a point and making sure Watford couldn’t get in behind us.

Turner and Barnett were rock solid at the back. Barnett hasn’t put a foot wrong for us and the way they’re playing it’ll be tough for Huds to get back in.

And I thought Kim was excellent again. The guy could score a hattrick and some of our fans would still say he was rubbish but the way he gets around is immense.

He pops up everywhere and always puts a foot in. Him and Gunnarsson in midfield were the reason we ground out a point today.

All in all a really good point – now just let’s get the eight more we need and make sure out game against Hull on the final day means nothing.
