PRESSLEY IS KEEN ON ADAMS

The Football League Paper - - CHAMPIONSHIP -

BLAIR Adams has barely had time to impress since the turn of the year but Coventry boss Steven Pressley is keen to use him next season.

The former Sunderland defender injured knee ligaments in Mark Robins’s final game in charge of the Sky Blues in early February but, having watched Adams in training, Pressley has been impressed with his attitude.

“Blair’s been terrific since returning to training and he typifies the type of hunger we want at the football club next season,” he said.

“He’s young, he’s desperate to play and his attitude has been brilliant so I’m looking forward to seeing him play.”
