BIRMINGHAM boss Lee Clark has admitted that midfielder Ravel Morrison drives him potty – but he is desperate to keep him.

Former Manchester United starlet Morrison, 20, has been on-loan fromWest Ham this season and Clark wants him back.

“I know he has enjoyed his time here,”said Clark. “It’s been up and down.

“It’s been rocky for us all as there hasn’t been a day gone by where there hasn’t been something involving Ravel whether it was good or bad.

“At times he drives us potty but when I see that ability over the last few months come to fruition he can be an asset to us.

“People may think I’m crazy but I would like to take Ravel on another season’s loan to take him to where he can go. If we can have another year with him we can continue that development.

“He’s willing to learn and I’ve said all along there is no doubt about his talent and people are seeing that.

“He is an unbelievable footballer and it is tough for us.When I sit down with him and say in terms of his football he can be the next Paul Gascoigne his response is ‘who is Paul Gascoigne?’It is a bit of an issue!”
